**PURCHASE PRICE WILL INCLUDE 30 DAYS OF TRAINING**

Registered name: Colonel Bay Nuke

Barn name: Mary

Born June 8, 2022

Green broke to ride but HAS BEEN SITTING! Will need work!

Mary had 30 days of training before we bought her, but when we bought her, she had been sitting for a while and we have not done any training with her here so she will need an investment of time and patience. We have worked with her on the ground and she is very intelligent, pliable, and easy to handle. She leads, loads, bathes, is good with her feet, etc.. she is sound in every way, sane, and ready to go. We are INCLUDING 30-day refresher on her with our trainers at Firm Foundation Natural Horsemanship. Additional months of training are also available at additional cost. In 30 days, she will be going w/t/c undersaddle and cleared for riding by confident equestrians (barring any unforeseen circumstances, of which I anticipate there will be none).

OWNERSHIP HISTORY:

We bought Mary in March 2026 from a private individual in SW Tennessee. He had owned her since 2022, when she was a two-year-old.

HEALTH & CARE

Mary has been very easy to work with and be around. She's been an easy keeper, requiring only sufficient forage to maintain an appropriate body weight. She has not been lame or had any accidents or illnesses while in our care.
